I’m a Creative Director and brand strategist with 15+ years of experience building brands that perform — and leading the teams that build them well. I currently run Designcourt, my own creative practice, and I’m applying that same strategic lens inside Humana’s creative organization. Earlier in my career, I led the rebrand of NSM Insurance Group into Ignyte Insurance, reshaping the corporate identity and creative direction for a $2B+ specialty insurance company spanning 15+ niche program brands.
While I thrive in creative leadership, I remain a hands-on designer. I develop sophisticated B2B and B2C assets across print and digital — from campaign concepts and social content to presentation decks, trade show experiences, and websites. Typography and layout still matter to me as much as strategy and mentoring.
Organization and execution are my superpowers. I’ve implemented systems like Asana to manage 1,000+ annual design jobs, led in-house and freelance teams, and built brand systems that create consistency and speed at scale.
I’m known for being precise, tenacious, and endlessly curious — a creative who elevates team output without losing sight of the details. I’ve also been an early adopter of AI in my workflow, using it to pressure-test ideas and sharpen strategy faster, not to replace the thinking.
