Trade Show
Integrated Marketing
In conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams , we created a campaign centered around a conceptual health condition we coined “Trade Show Eye Avoidance” (TSEA). The campaign was styled to be light-hearted and fun, and consistently engage the target audience across multiple channels via a pre-conference mailer, a series of emails, conference materials and direct/digital follow-up.
The campaign resulted in a 42.5% increase in qualified leads and 51% reduction in unqualified traffic as compared to the previous year.

Product Launch
Box Mailer
The intent of this project was to create a series of generic box mailers that demonstrated the company’s new production capabilities and advanced direct marketing strategies. We created mailers aligned and designed to select target markets in order to create relevance and generate interest in anticipation of the new product offering.

Direct mail
Design
This client was looking to create a multi-touch campaign to reach out to new movers. I designed a series of marketing materials to convey a welcoming atmosphere, establish credibility of the hospital brand, and make it easy for recipients to request and find care. The campaign contained a series of follow-up mailers and segmented, automated email marketing workflows.

DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING
Integrated Marketing
Playing off the location of the conference, a “Hollywood” themed campaign was created to make a personal connection with attendees and demonstrate our data-driven direct mail capabilities. The campaign included a personalized pre-conference mailer that named recipients as if they were starring in classics (which we modified for industry relevance). The campaign included a personal, custom landing page where the recipient could register for a chance to win a GoPro camera. The campaign yielded a 9.8% response rate.

Website Redesign
Usability Design
This project involved a website redesign for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences Kids’ Site. Usability of the website was improved by incorporating information from user research, reorganizing site content and graphics, and developing updated content.
Tools: Creative Suite, and Percussion Content Management System (CMS)
LEAD GENERATION
Cross-channel Campaign
The cross-channel campaign was created to drive brand awareness and traffic that would result in generating leads. The campaign played with the word “beats” (Beats headphones were the conference giveaway) and its homophone “beets”. I designed a series of mailers, emails, social media postings and trade show booth materials to generate visits to the booth and appointments for Sales.
The final result was a 92% increase in booth traffic over the previous year and resulted in an impressive conversion rate from our campaign landing page. 73% of total visitors to the landing page completed the next step of filling out the contact form, and over 51% of those completions resulted in brand new business contacts.

Website Redesign
Design
This project involved a redesign of the company website in addition to a slight overhaul of the CMS. With a limited budget, we reorganized site content and graphics to create a more engaging user experience. Using two sample pages as prototypes, we also developed updated content and built out the rest of the company's new website.

Website
Design
This project involved a website redesign for a local artist, Phillip Bowman. The goal was to get potential buyers to subscribe to his blog and learn about the artist and his work.

Landing Page
Design
This project started with a client receiving a direct mail piece with a PURL (personalized URL) that would take you to a landing page. Here they would fill out their information to receive a promo item.
